La Boca Restaurant

INTRODUCTION:

La Boca, in the heart of Prague, is a delightful choice of restaurant at any time of day for afternoon lunch or evening dinner. The restaurant also boasts one of the most attractive private rooms, or function rooms in the city. Here, in a downstairs space with its own bar and restrooms, private and enjoyable family or friends celebrations can be had. Just as possible is it to hire the space for a business or conference occasion because internet connection and material for meetings can be provided. The room has a capacity for about 50 people maximum and buffets or full sit-down meals can be laid on. Music and plasma TV are part of the rooms fine facilities also.

There are in fact a number of menus to take a look at including a Daily Menu, as well as a Children's menu which has portions and preparations ideal for your younger company. Most people however will be choosing their dishes from the A La Carte menu and a very excellent one it is. Grilled Eggplant and Zucchini, or Baked Andalusian Peppers are just a sample of the delicious Entrees you can go for. For main courses a superb selection of succulent Meat Dishes of Pork, Lamb, Chicken or quality Roast beef await you. For those eschewing meat then Pasta Dishes and Healthy salads are ideal along with some lovely Side Orders.. No doubt everyone will be tempted too by La Boca restaurant's really enjoyable Desserts home-made and exclusive to the restaurant.

ATMOSPHERE AND STYLE:

The beautiful interior of La Boca surprises and charms one immediately with its originality and imagination. Delightful modern art decorates the walls as well as prints of some of the great entertainers of the past. The dining space is large and very neatly laid out and the trellised ceiling in one of the dining saloons is quite magnificent as natural light and colourful foliage occupy the ceiling space above your head. In the other saloon the red painted wall with its variegated shades really impresses and here in a fine and open space is a perfect place to linger and relax - perhaps over a glass of quality wine - long into the evening.

FURTHER INFORMATION:

La Boca should be very easy to find for all visitors going to it. It is but just a couple of minutes walk from the mighty Republic Square immediately around the corner from the impressive Palladium Shopping Centre which stands on the north-eastern corner of the square. Namesti Republiky is the closest metro and tram stop. The exact address is Truhlarska Street at number 10. They open at La Boca every day from 9am until 11pm. For a really nice and inexpensive dining experience while out and about in the New Town of Prague this is a choice well worth keeping it mind.
