Bridges in Prague
Most people head for the timeless beauty which is Charles Bridge and its Bridge Towers- and rightly so - but there are a number of really spectacular other bridges which have their own delights.
Walking over the bridges that span Prague's majestic river Vltava is a wonderfully pleasant pursuit. Crossing Legion's bridge at the magnificent National Theatre takes you in a perfect straight line all the way to Ujezd where the pretty funicular can deliver you in minutes to the gorgeous gardens of Petrin.
