Segway Prague City Tours Overview

Segway Prague is a new and exciting way to see Prague and to travel many kilometers without having to do any tiresome walking. You just glide onboard the Segway human transporter. It is very, very safe and easy to control this machine, our experienced guides will show you how. And they will also take you to so many unmissable places around Prague. Of course, you get to stop to take your photos and to absorb the experiences also. Best of all perhaps is that we take you in groups of four people only with one guide so it all feels very personal and safe.

Simple. It's easy to ride giving you an effortless feeling of hovering above the ground, and you feel so free as you move effortlessly along paths and routes that no car or even motorcycle can use. So with the extra speed at your disposal you can make for yourself a perfect tour doing all your sightseeing in the space of a few hours. And most exciting of all....it's great fun.

The first ten minutes are naturally important, a time to overcome any fears and get a feel for the Segway. And then you are ready to safely begin your tour once you know how to move the Segway forward, or right and left and of course how to bring it to a stop.

The best idea is to hire Segway for 2 hours where the gentle hills of quiet Stromovka Park will enable you to get used to it and show you how comfortable it is. No toil and no effort even going uphill. And soon you will be continuing along. Just before you leave Stromovka park behind you, you will see the impressive and enormous Russian Embassy followed by the oldest Water Tower in Prague. Crossing the street then and you will be on the flat Letna Plain which has one of the best cycle and in-line tracks in the whole city. Perfect for views of the Vltava River, Charles Bridge, the National National Theatre, nor forgetting the incredible Prague Castle. It's all there in the palm of your hand.

But that is far from all. There has to be lots of time to stop and take photographs and absorb it all. And there is. But next there is time to cross anotherlovely footbridge and you are in the park of Chotkovy Sady and passing along the ancient and original wall of the gardens of Prague Castle to Hradcany where more magnificent views await you. The two hour tour is ending now and what a tremendous time it has been.

PS There are also one hour tours to choose from, as well as night tours, all day tours, Old Town Tours, and even tailor made tours. In short everything is possible with SEGWAY.
