NZONE Skydive Queenstown

Terminal velocity for 60 seconds at 200kph from 15,000ft - it's the ultimate adrenalin rush.  Keep your eyes open for spectacular views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and surrounding area.

After a 15 minute scenic flight to altitude, you will nudge towards the edge of the plane before being thrown out!  Keep your head up, smile at your skydive photographer and take in the stunning surroundings.  After an exhilarating freefall, you will experience a 4-5 minute parachute ride, floating safely back down to the skydive drop zone.

Facilities:

The world-leading Queenstown drop zone includes a customer cafe with internet kiosks and Discovery Zone so you can watch the parachutes being packed and learn about the history of skydiving, the make-up of the equipment involved and how the freefall camera systems work.  There are drinks and snacks available for purchase, toilets and a gifts store.  Lockers are avilable to store your valuables while skydiving.  

Transport:

Courtesy transport to the drop zone is included in the price from the Queenstown shop.  If you prefer you can check in at the shop and then drive to the drop zone. This maybe a good option if car parking in Queenstown for several hours is a challenge.

Duration:

Allow 3 hours return trip from Queenstown shop.

Photos and Videos:

Meeting at HQ in central Queenstown, you'll be able to choose your photo and video purcahse options before being shuttled out to the Dropzone.

- 9,000ft altitude, 25-second freefall
- 12,000ft altitude, 45-second freefall
- 15,000ft altitude, 60-second freefall
