Our Local Experts in Rajasthan

Shinod Lukose:

Born in Kerala (a Southern state of India) and brought up in Rajasthan, Shinod learnt and experienced firsthand why India is considered such a diverse country with every state and even each city having its own culture and traditions.

After completing his degree in Science he got an opportunity to work for a multinational pharmaceutical company, where he got to travel around Rajasthan and fall in love with its great history. Meanwhile he was hand-picked to work for a Top Insurance company and grasped the opportunity since finance was one of his weakest area which he wanted to improve. Whilst he was there he became influenced by the new generation entrepreneurs from India taking on the world and it became his ambition to start up his own business in the service industry. He started with couple of franchises in the field of general Insurance and Matrimonial services with mixed results when he came across MyDestination.com and became convinced about the idea of tourism with a personal and local touch.

Himanshu Gupta:

Born in a family of doctors, Himanshu chose another path and after completing his degree in electronics and telecommunications and an M.B.A. in marketing management he went to work to set up his family′s hospital. Having set up the hospital and a Medical Nurses′ college, and spending almost eight years of his life in the medical field, he decided to follow his heart a little.

Himanshu then set up a mini mall in the heart of the tourist city Udaipur, catering to a vast visiting population of tourists and he wants to apply his experience gathered from this venture to MyDestination.com/Rajasthan.
