 Mediterraneo OverviewMediterraneo Italian restaurant was opened in 1997 in the Pink City, Jaipur. It is an authentic Italian specialty restaurant run by an Indian Dutch couple trained in Italy. Its first restaurant was opened in 1991 in Khajuraho. It welcomes the guests as its friends and always tries to make their dining experience really enjoyable in an Italian style ambiance. It works on a concept of keep learning and improving the amenities as well as Menu card.
To maintain the authenticity & hygiene factor of the food, fresh ingredients are prepared everyday such as - tomato sauce, pasta & bread. Wood-fire oven is being used for Pizzas every day. It also bakes its own organic whole-wheat bread and pies. All vegetables, salads and fruits are washed with filtered water.
Its Chef is trained in Rome Italy and weaves his magic with local ingredients and imported products as olive oil, olives, herbs and pasta machines etc. It serves each and every item prepared using the finest ingredients available. The food may take a few extra minutes to prepare, but rest assured, the food served will be well worth the wait.
It follows western hygienic standard that means: Regular education for staff with regular checks & controls in place for quality. It has won several food awards till date.
