October 2009 Wonderful experience in Reykjavik
We came to the beautiful city of Reykjavik in July 2009 and we went to dinner four times while staying there. We went to place called Orange, fishcellar and perlan.
The very best of all was the Fish Market. The sourrounding is fantastic it is modern but still has a cosy feel to it and it was very busy but without being loud. The food was absoulutly delicious but we all had the tasting menu and every one of the courses was good. We even came back two days later for lunch and had wonderful sushi for only 10 danish kronas.
The service was good and the price as well.
I would recommend this restaurant to every one who travels to Iceland. It was one of the best restaurants I have ever gone to.

September 2009 Best resturant ever
3 Norwegian boys stayed in Reykjavik in november 2008 during the finacial crisis. The food in Iceland was outstanding, and the best of them all was The Fish Marked. The cosy atmosphere and the helpfull staff made us feel like home. We ordered a 9 dich taster. first 4 startes and than som delicious sushi ( The best I ever tasted ) than we started on 3 main courses. And it was alot of food! As a desert we got a plate whit 4 differet desserts. I will recomend this place to all visitors of Reykjavik. Im not sure if this place have any micheling stars, but it should have had atleast 2 stars. The prices was not that bad. we payed around 20K iclandic kroner, that is about 200 dollars. for 3 persons and 3 bottles of chablie grand cru
