
	Domo Overview Domo restaurant and bar is located at Þingholtsstræti 5, a side street of Laugavegur shopping street, in downtown Reykjavik. Domo strives to offer fine dining at reasonable prices. Besides the restaurant they also offer catering and take-away. The menu is Asian/French inspired but cooked with local produce, taking advantage of the fresh local ingredients available in Iceland. The menu is, like the atmosphere, trendy but relaxed. It includes light dishes, starters, fish and meat items as well as a choice of three deserts. Starters include smoked duck breast and horse Carpaccio and run between 1350-1550 ISk. The meat and fish section has items like sautéed flounder with wild mushroom ragout and a saddle of lamb with fresh herbs – definitely something that is hard to decide between for those who faced with selecting what to order. Besides the regular menu Domo has a special sushi and sashimi menu enabling you to enjoy that ever more popular Japanese cuisine in central Reykjavik. Domo has established itself as one of the best places to enjoy sushi in the Icelandic capital. Domo has a fairly extensive wine list that includes over 90 wines and an extensive whiskey collection for those who really want to enjoy them self after a good meal. Domo is a great venue for both lunch and dinner and is open daily. Reservations are recommended, especially during weekends.
