Fat is the secret to a perfectly grilled steak, so it turns out succulent and tender. The beef rump steak with café du Paris butter, wok vegetables and baked potato is the perfect example. The main focus of the restaurant is steaks but it also offers a wide selection of seafood and the famous Icelandic lamb, which is almost organic by nature as they are not fed grain or given any hormones. Instead they roam free in the wilderness of Iceland while they wait to get on your plate. Try the lamb fillet with wok vegetables and baked potato. You won‘t be disappointed.
