Laugar Spa & fitness Overview

If you are looking for a good workout, spa treatment or massage - look no further. Laugar Spa is a high quality health & spa resort. Located in Laugardalur valley in Reykjavik, this unique spa has come to be very popular for those who only settle for the best.

Laugar Spa has six different saunas, all kept a varying temperatures and all have their own fragrance and theme. Jacuzzis with hot and cold subterranean sea water and a relaxation room with a fire place are among the things avaliable. From the spa you can also access Laugardalslaug, an outdoor thermal pool that is located outside the spa.

After re-energizing treatment you can complete your visit at the Cafe where healthy dishes are prepared all day long.

I had been in a meeting all day long and a friend of mine took me to Laugar spa what a nice surprise. They had different saunas, cold bath,relax room with open fire and a restaurant in the spa.
