Chez L'Ami Martin Bistro

The Pax Group of restaurants has created a winner with Bistro Chez L'Ami Martin. French chef, Pascal Jolly was recruited to develop a Parisian inspired menu that reminds patrons of Paris’ sophisticated bistros.

Chez L'Ami Martin succeeds brilliantly with a dynamic group of French dishes that delights customers for snacks, lunch and dinner. There are daily surprises cheerfully presented on a handwritten blackboard. And one is impressed with the presentation of dishes finished “table side” and served in ceramic plates or iron skillets.

The authentic French Restaurant depends (more than other cuisines) on the training and creativity of its chef. Chef Pascal Jolly has worked in the kitchens of the most renowned chefs of French cooking, including that of Joel Robuchon and Alain Ducasse. He has also built teams from the kitchens of the Villard Palace, La Tour D´Argent and the Hotel Ritz among others.

Light meals at Chez L'Ami Martin include delicious and French inspired sandwiches, poached eggs and omelet dishes. There are multiple salads, pates and gnocchi – and the “ravioli of the house” is sure to please. The atmosphere of the Restaurant also charmingly depicts Paris with multiple “Black and White” photographs chosen from the chef's personal trips to his former home. Chef Jolly has made Rio his home and the restaurant’s customers are pleased that he did.

Monday - Tuesday

Lunch: 12 Noon to 4 pm (12:00 - 16:00)

Dinner: 7 pm to Midnight (19:00 - 24:00)

Wednesday - Sunday: 1pm to 1am (13:00 -01:00)
