Pocaviso is one of the largest retailers in the mobile communication sector in Romania, main dealer and partner of the mobile network operator Orange Romania. The company, founded in 1997, is based in Craiova, but its national network includes 44 stores (out of which 22 are franchised Orange Stores) in 30 cities.

In the Pocaviso stores, customers will find the full range of Orange services and products, from mobile phones to other communication solutions, such as new generation smart phones, tablet PCs and laptops, at very affordable rates. Clients can find here related accessories and components, such as mobile phone cases, chargers, hands free, earphones, data cables, Bluetooth, memory cards, displays and batteries.

The stores’ staff can assist the clients in choosing the best phone, depending on their taste and requirements, as well as in opting for the most suitable phone subscription, pricing plans, mobile banking, data services or internet options. They can also offer upgrade, repair and unlocking services for the purchased mobile phones.

The Orange prepaid cards owners can recharge their cards by using top-up (scratch) cards or by electronic recharge. Likewise, Orange post-paid subscribers can pay their bills in the Pocaviso stores in cash or by credit card. The company provides electronic payment terminals, where shoppers can use a debit or credit card to pay for their purchases, in 26 locations, which cover the following cities: Craiova, Filiași, Băilești, Timișoara, Drăgășani, Târgu Jiu, Drobeta Turnu Severin, Slatina, Caransebeș, Constanța and Bucharest.
