The centre provides a wide range of diving, snorkeling, live aboard and jeep safari diving. It is also possible to arrange diving for the disabled and if you are a large group then Egyptian Divers can create a special program upon request.
Daily diving starts at one of the many local dive sites that are protected from the swell and current. On your first day a guide will fully brief you on the services available and help to design a suitable diving package and suitable diving spots depending on experience.
Egyptian Divers boats transport clients to any of the more than forty dive sites available, staff have the local expertise to ensure that clients are fully briefed and prepared for every dive. The boats offer a high degree of comfort, with saloon, sun-deck, bathroom facilities and a kitchen. The crews conjure up mouth-watering buffet style meals on a daily basis. Hot and cold drinks are available. All boats are equipped with VHF radios, oxygen, and medic first aid equipment for your safety.
For young adventurers, the Bubble maker program is an introduction to the thrill of breathing underwater. |

September 2011 Tango is the man
Pete North from Watford UK
Had a great 11 days at the Maderna made better by the diving, Tango is a supurb guide/teacher/instructor and an all round nice guy, but yes the equipment needs servicing, stage 1's leaking, regs making noises, BCD hoses leaking, and inconsistant air levels in tanks.
The Millonhope is a must do dive it was awesome, Tiran Island trip have done before, but we did'nt actually go near it anyway, but the kids enjoyed it, food on the boat was top notch too.
As for prices, you can haggle them down if you really want to, but the more you spend the cheaper it gets, but its not exspensive anyway, but remember the equipment is not up to much so you pays you're money and takes you're choice.
if you do dive with them book with the guys around the pool 1st so they get some commission, they any extra with the dive guide, share the wealth.
Night dive was pretty cool too. But don't forget he's name Tango, can't miss him he has dreads...Top Bloke

April 2011 Very good Instructor - however money needing spent on equipment!
Natalie Dudgeon from Edinburgh
I have just spent a week at The Royal Albatros Hotel with my boyfriend, we had a really good week! I completed my PADI Open Water course, I must say I was really impresesed with the instructor Hani, he was very patient even when it took a while for me to get my head around the dive tables :)
However one of the biggest issues was the poor quality of the school's equipment. Twice I had problem with regulators and the amount of broken seals on the cylinders was really concerning. I think the school need to get some money spent and get the equipment brought up to date!

April 2011 High Quality Training from Friendly Staff !!
Sean Coleman from Exeter, UK
I have just returned from a week holiday in Sharm. We stayed at the Albatros Moderna where Egyptian Divers are based. During the week we decided to take our 2-day PADI Scuba Diver license.
The sales team provided us with a very affordable fixed cost for the entire course. We also paid a supplement to change the second day's dive location from the reef outside the hotel to Tiran Island, which I highly recommend!!
We had instructor Mohammed for both our training days. He was very patient and took a very positive attitude towards teaching me and my brother. All the staff were very friendly, approachable and safety concious.
Basically, I was so impressed with the service provided by Egyptian Divers that I had to come and write a review for them so that everyone chooses them! Many dive centres and trip advisers we visited tried to rip us off with expensive prices and unprofessional attitudes so we were relieved when we finished our courses with no mishaps.
Thank you for a brilliant week!
Sean Coleman.
