Italian Restaurants in Sicily

Italian food and wine are world wine known and prized, but those visiting and dining in  Sicily will soon realise, that there isn't such a thing as Italian cuisine as each region in Italy has its own speciality and their own specific mark.

Spaghetti Carbonara or spaghetti Bolognese won't be easily found in Sicily's restaurants unless you are visiting a restaurant with typical Italian dishes on the menu or  International cuisine. It is often said that Sicilian cuisine is simpler, healthier and also cheaper than the Italian cuisine, but we leave it up to you to find out.
