Underwater World Singapore

Situated on Sentosa Island, this unique ocean aquarium showcases nearly 2,500 diverse marine life from 250 species from around the world. Underwater World is an educational, fun and leisurely experience for all ages.

The exciting voyage begins at the water's edge with the shallow Turtle Pool and Ray Pool. Both kids and adults will love the Touch Pool right at the entrance where visitors can feel marine creatures such as starfish, archerfish and porcupine fish. Another highlight are the Magic-T tanks where small openings in the side of the water tanks allow visitors to feed fish.

In the mid and lower foyer you can watch seadragons, jellyfish, Japanese giant spider crab, octopus, sea angels and many more. Pass by the brightly colored corals on your way to the extraordinary bottom of the sea where an 83-metre long acrylic tunnel is home to graceful eagle rays, colorful surgeonfish and of course the powerful predators such as bull sharks, sawfish, black-tip and white-tip sharks. A travelator allows you to just stand still and absorb the amazing sea world around you will gently moving through the tunnel.

For those even more adventuresome join the 'Dive with the Sharks'- programme or wine and dine at a 'Dinner with the Sharks' where you'll exclusively enjoy your meal on the moving walkway in the tunnel.

The Dolphin Lagoon is one of the latest additions to the Underwater World Singapore and certainly a highlight for visitors. Overseeing the scenic Keppel Harbour and mainland Singapore, it houses Humpback Dolphins, also known as 'pink dolphins'. There are daily information sessions as well as the possibility to swim with the dolphins.

The Underwater World Singapore also offers educational programms for groups and schools where the highlight certainly is the 2D/1N 'Slumber & Snooze' sleepover in the underwater tunnel.

Besides taking care of over 2,500 marine animals, the team of marine biologists at the Underwater World participates in several conservation and breeding projects.

Admission charges: Adults SGD 25.90, Child 3-12 years old SGD 17.60, Children below 3 years are free of charge.
