A delicious taste of Australian cuisine with French influence, Quayside Brasserie mixes the indulgence of traditional brasserie elegance with the nation’s finest produce.

The restaurant boasts sweeping views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House and is perfect for lazy evenings of fabulous food and wine. Guests can enjoy the Brasserie from midday to evening, whether they are after a coffee and dessert, a drink or something from the a la carte menu. Open Monday to Saturday, midday to late, and 11:30 til 8pm Sunday. Menus can be viewed online.
