Mwiba Tented Camp Ker & Downey Tanzania Accommodation:

The accommodation offered at all Ker & Downey Tanzania tented camps is luxurious and comfortable.

Beds are fitted with the best quality spring mattresses and available as king sized or can be converted into twin beds. All are draped with mosquito netting and made up with pure cotton linen.

All bedroom tents have private en suite bathrooms with flush toilets, vanities with double basins and rain showers. The camp has hot and cold running water available 24 hours.

Each tent has a verandah area with lounge furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea provided with your wake up call.

Dining

Each camp has a private dining and bar area where meals are served.

Breakfast is a combination of buffet style cereals and fruits as well as a cooked choice from the kitchen. Hearty three course meals are provided for both lunch and dinner.

All drinks are fully inclusive from the well stocked bar.

Activities

Game viewing is from open safari vehicles with the added advantage of being able to do off road driving to get up close to any sightings. Night drives are also on offer to allow the opportunity of viewing the nocturnal species.

Tree blinds have been erected near to some of the natural springs which gives you an unusual game experience from above.

The beauty of Mwiba is the diversity of the landscape (acacia forests, riverine, open plains and rocky outcrops) which can be explored on foot with guided walks.
