Zum finsteren Stern

Understatement is the motto of this place – you will find no huge door signs announcing the restaurant, but rather small letters „Zum finsteren Stern“ written on the glass door.

The atmosphere here is cosy, warm and with dim lighting. The restaurant is arranged over 2 floors (the lower one non smoking) and rather small – which adds to the special private and romantic atmosphere.

The food is excellent here, very creative and experimental – the spice combination is really remarkable! Try the "mini menu consisting" of 6 courses – you will not be disappointed. The wine card is local and good – service unpretentious and helpful.

Try the terrace in summer - both for lunch or dinner: it faces a little courtyard right in the city centre - very quiet and peaceful!

All in all – a very romantic experience if you are up for it! It is a highly popular local restaurant - make sure you reserve in advance.
