Our Local Experts in York

We are very happy to announce another franchise back in the UK, this time for the historical city of York that attracts over 7.1 million visitors a year. The franchise has been taken by Elaine Aldous who is lucky enough to have grown up and now be settled in this walled city.

After graduating as a mature student with a BA in Sociology and Politics, Elaine spent five years working with International students and was lucky enough to experience travel abroad as part of her career. This also led to Elaine undertaking a teaching qualification in Mexico where she taught English as a foreign language. Now back in the UK she decided to look for a franchise that was both interesting and exiting. She is very happy to have found MyDestination.com and so begins her next adventure.
