Hilary is determined to show individuals that producing tasty quality food need not be difficult and does not need long fancy recipes with bizarre ingredients and combinations so loved by some of our celebrity chefs.
Harmony House Cookery School gives people the chance to not only learn, but to see Hilary demonstrate some of her favourite dishes. Alternatively Hilary is happy to demonstrate her ideas and share hints and tips at your own venue.

November 2011 Great Weekend
Sue and Paul from Leeds
Just to say a big "Thankyou" for a w/end with a difference. It was lovely to share Friday evening with you and your family, and the "lively" get-together on Saturday morning was great.
Saturday evening was the icing on the cake, the serious cooking, (and drinking), we all enjoyed cooking for our table. Was sorry to miss the fish Sunday as I enjoy it so much, Once again Hilary, "thankyou".

November 2011 A day to remember
JANE THOMPSON from Selby
Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the course last Saturday. The whole day was entertaining and informative, and the other students good company. I have already recreated many of the recipes in my own kitchen, as well as having confidence to try other recipes I may have shied away from in the past. I managed to roll the roulade successfully and impressed myself with the result!! I hope to persuade other friends and family to join me on a return visit before too long.JT
