Johnny from Nairobi , Kenya
Mike and Les thanks you so much for the friendly stay and lovely grounds at Casa Kadiki. I have no hesitation at recommending Casa Kadiki as a great B&B and as a repeat client will stay there on my next trips. Great rooms excellent breakfast and the kids love the pool !

I have been a regular visitor to Casa Kadiki and the hospitality and friendliness of Mike and Les never wavers...they are superb. The setting is stunning and I look forward each time I come to Zim to spending a couple of nights there. In my view this B&B trumps anything I have experienced in South Africa!

April 2011 Fabulous!!!
Joanne from Essex. UK
Arrived at the Casa Kadiki after a very long and tiring flight from UK....to be greeted by an Oasis!! The gardens with the pool are beautiful....and the rooms are very classy. We originally only booked in for a few days but ended up extending our stay. The owners Mike and Les (and not forgetting Jane) go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and relaxing....nothing is too much trouble for them. We never had any trouble with the power even when it went off....as the generators kicked in, so I wasn't a stress head when I couldn't get my hairdryer and straightners to work :) All in all I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and I can't wait to get back there!!

March 2011 Never Felt that I am in a foreign land
Sourav from New Delhi, India
Just want to say " the place is simply superb & the people out there ( Mike & Les ) are really really great as host." I had a wonderful time staying in this place. I was on my 1st abroad trip & within 8 days of stay there,I never ever felt that I am at a unknown place. The hospitality that I received was really beyond expectations. These people can go extra miles to make your stay really memorable in Harare; that's for sure. If somebody is looking for a leisure / homely stay in Harare, definitely it is one of place to be. Thank You Mike & Les, for making my trip to Zimbabwe really memorable.

March 2011 Perfect

Stayed at Casa Kadiki for 6 days, recommended by a friend.... Perfect descrides it for me, close to where i had to do my business, but out of town enough to make it quiet and peaceful, nothing better after a stressful day than to sit in the fantastic gardens by the pool and listen to the birds with cold beer in hand :) The owner Mike and Les are excellent hosts who took care of me, the breakfast in the morning prepared by Jane (Les's Mother) was the perfect way to start the day (love those homemade muffins). I can assure you i will be there again on my my next trip.

March 2011 Cosy and classy guesthouse
Rick from South Africa
Stayed a week as Casa Kadiki in February 2011, first for pleasure and then for business. This is the fourth place I have stayed in Harare during the last six months and I definitely intend to come back.
The rooms are of good quality (and quite charmingly decorated), the adjacent area with pool, chairs etc very pleasant, the owners and staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast very good (you have to order a day before if you want something hot but you will be reminded and can choose almost anything from poached eggs to french toasts), the situation while not in the city centre still fairly close and practical as adjacent to shops and fast food places (good for solo business travellers). There is no fitness centre or similar but it is safe enough and quite enough to jog around the premises.
I experienced a few power cuts but there is a generator and alternative email access (wireless) that works when the normal one is down and is ok fast for Harare...
Since there are only six rooms, I was a bit hesitant about writing a positive review because I really want to be able to stay there when I come back (c;

March 2011 Small House.... Big Heart
Marcus from Thailand
I travelled into Zim for work and was recommended to stay at Casa Kadiki by a colleague of mine. When I return to Harare, which I will, I don't see why I would stay anywhere else. It is clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly and above all Homely.
I travel a lot with my work and always look for somewhere that I can relax after I knock off. Casa Kadiki is laid out to allow you to relax, and enjoy the garden or the pool or even mingle with the other guests if you wish. The treatment and care that the owners and staff give you cannot be over stated. Particularly as they are constantly striving for brilliance they often ask how things could be improved or made easier (and they are ALWAYS happy to help).
I had never been to Harare before and was a little daunted by driving around and finding where I had to be..... Fear not lonely traveller Mike is at hand to calm the nervous and explain / show / illustrate how "EASY" it is...... "Thanks Mike"
In a Nut Shell, you feel like you are wanted as a guest, not only to fill a room, but to bring life into the place. It is a place of smiles; informal but not too casual, smart but not too stiff.
My only problem with Casa Kadiki is.... What are you going to do with me when you are fully booked??? I know I am not the only person asking this question! (Keep the One Man tent on the ready!!)
Thank you Casa Kadiki see you soon.......

February 2011 Home away from home
Mislav from Chicago USA
I stayed at Casa Kadiki for two and a half weeks in February 2011. The owners (Mike & Les) are wonderful and very accommodating, and the guests that passed through while I was there were great fun as well. I was traveling in Zim for business, but this would have been a great place to stay if I was there on vacation (holiday) too. The rooms are clean and very nicely decorated, there's a swimming pool, a beautiful garden, and they made a car available to me for rent for a day trip to Imire. All in all, a very positive experience.
