
	Zambezi Trader Overview The Zambezi Trader is a luxury passenger ship situated on one of Africa’s most beautiful lakes, Lake Kariba on the Zambezi River between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Its waters provide enthusiasts with phenomenal fishing with its southern shore offering stunning savannah wilderness teaming with magnificent game, from frisky impala to the indomitable elephant. The Zambezi Trader can carry up to 150 guests on a day trip or sleep 50 guests in its 23 Cabins. The ship is ideal for wedding or birthday celebrations and conferences or just gathering of friends and family for a fabulous holiday cruise. Specifications: The Zambezi Trader is powered by two 200hp. Diesel Cummins engines and is 160ft long, 48ft wide and weighs 220 tones. Our cruising speed is 7 knots. The ship is equipped with 2 * 60kva 3 phase and 2 * 6kva gensets. Tender boats: 2 x Modern design Aluminium Pontoon type tender boats powered by 115hp Yamaha, suitable for carrying 14 clients comfortably. 2 x Mono Hull Aluminium type boats powered by 85hp Yamaha, suitable for up to 10 passengers, fitted with removable seats to make them ideal for fishing.
