A private wilderness experience in one of Africa's most pristine environments can be difficult to find these days.

Bumi Hills' magical wildlife conservation area is home to vast, free roaming herds of elephant, buffalo, zebra, waterbuck, kudu, impala and more. These large plains game populations are maintained in a natural balanced state by a diverse array of predators including the regularly sighted, resident pride of African Lion.

The elusive leopard also lives here in healthy numbers. The area is situated on the shores of Lake Kariba , home to teeming pods of hippo and schools of the fighting tiger fish and delectable bream.

The combination of these habitats makes for a birding paradise, not to mention the fascination variety of intricate plant life, as well as geological and geographical distinction.
