A weight loss programme that works!

Losing weight is one thing... ensuring that it stays off is another and the weight loss programme at almyraspa ensures the latter with daily workout patterns that are proven to work scientifically. Coaching is on a one-to-one basis for maximum success and as well as tackling the workout routines; the holistic approach ensures that guests learn about food and nutrition. At the end of their course, guests are given a workout manual to pop in their suitcase and once home they can keep in touch with the trainers by email for additional guidance and moral support.
