Ciya Restaurant continues to inspire and innovate with its highly imaginative cuisine. Ciya is the brainchild of Mr. Musa Dagdeviren, who, with his unnerving passion and love of food, took his humble kebab shop to soaring heights with the opening of his restaurant in the Asian district of Kadikoy.
Musa Dagdeviren lives by his philosophy of making Ciya a focal point of “culinary research and application." The result of this is a menu which is endlessly varied, colourful and exciting- a literal adventure for the taste buds.
There are a number of soups salads, kebabs, salads, meat, vegetable and rice dishes, and desserts on offer, bringing together a diverse range of flavours from all over Anatolia as well as nearby lands such as Azerbaijan, Georgia, Arabia, Armenia, Syria and Israel; each dish duly credits its region of origin.
Ciya has three branches within a few metres of each other and is easily accessible by ferry from Eminonu.
