My-D Kenya Holidays

Thanks Jo, the whole safari was a delight and the itinerary was excellent. Sam was an excellent driver and guide. The Sarova accommodation was first class and was a great recommendation. I'm glad we spent the night at Naivasha as the morning boat trip was very special -- Karen loved walking among the animals and it was so peaceful. The Fairview was dependably good -- I'd probably recommend it above the others to any mid-price travellers needing an overnight in Nairobi. We greatly appreciated your attention to detail and troubleshooting. Thanks for a great trip. We'll have to come back and do the north! best, David
The Phoenician Restaurant & Sushi Bar

I'm a Canadian who ate at the restaurant with some friends in March. Everything was great until we ended up ACCIDENTALLY knocking over the glass hookah. We were asked to wait for the owner, Joseph, who shamelessly asked us to go to the Village Market or Diamond Plaza and purchase a replacement. First of all, we paid a hefty amount for our meal. We also paid for the sheesha experience. It wasn't as if we had eaten for free. No self-respecting owner in Canada would have asked his paying customer to go out and buy a replacement. My friends now have to go out and buy a replacement piece. Just for that, I will recommend that all my Canadian friends avoid this place. It's too bad because the waiters had more common sense than the owner.

I am a regular visitor to your restaurant from last four years.Yesterday i planned a surprise dinner in your restaurant for my wife and it was the worst experience i ever had here, in fact my valentine night was ruined.First i order for starters and was served at 8.30pm at same tine i order for my main course and up to 10.10pm it was not served. After several reminders to staff every time i was told to wait for 10 mints. At 10.10 i went to manager to describe the problem again i was told to wait for 5 mints for food and was never served as told.At 10.20 i cancelled my order and paid the bill for starters. Staff was not concern about the fact.I have never gone to any other resturant and every time tell my friends and office staff to visit the place but now i have decided not to go handi in future.
Harrison House Retirement Home

My mother spent three very happy years living at Harrison House. I highly recommend it as an excellent retirement home. Due to memory loss, my mother had been agitated in her previous situation, but the moment that she settled into her room she was thoroughly at home and she would say to the other residents 'what are you worried about - it is lovely here'. The friendship and kindness of the staff and fellow residents was met by Mum singing ' The sun is a'shining to welcome the day' and she had not been one for singing! I believe this speaks for itself.
