Bono's Beach Overview

Set in a stunning location on one of Marbella's most beautiful beaches with views across to Africa and Gibraltar, Bono's Beach is a chilled out beach club that serves sumptuous cuisine and has a wonderfully relaxed but elegant atmosphere.

Opened in 2007, Bono's Beach has made a name for itself as somewhere you can go and relax all year round - whether it's to lay on a sunbed sipping cocktails on the beach in summer or to chill out by the log fire with a steaming café latte when the colder months set in, while still enjoying great views of the Mediterranean. Bono's also makes for one of the most stunning wedding venues and when decorated it looks really quite beautiful-the perfect beachside setting.

The attention to detail and friendly, attentive staff make a visit to Bono's all the more enjoyable and with delectable dishes cooked by head chef Federico D'anna and his team, there isn't much more you could wish for!

The menu at Bono's Beach is creative, inventive and good value and it changes regularly, although a couple of dishes remain year round due to their popularity, such as the Tuna Tataki (a definite recommendation).

We were lucky enough to sample some of the dishes on the recently changed menu and they certainly didn't disappoint.

Starters included fresh guacamole with salmon; Greek salad; and tuna sashimi served with salad and flowers. All of which were perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious.

The main course dishes were equally as creative and mouth-watering - red tuna with cream of carrots, ginger and seabass caviar; classic fillet mignon with french fries and green salad; spaghetti pil pil; and John Dory Jeera Aloo with mild Indian spices.

Desserts at Bono's are definitely not to be missed with a selection to choose from including Chocolate Marquise served with mango ice cream (a chocolate lovers heaven) and sticky toffee pudding with double whipped cream and toffee sauce.
